I am a registered nurse, working with patients with long term conditions. I have now specialised in Diabetes. It is because I am dealing with conditions that do not respond well with medication like acute conditions and infections do, I have for the past 10 years, been looking at other healing modalities. Â I am interested in nutrition and various forms of exercise as they are the cornerstone of managing most conditions. Â I apply a mixture of modalities to treat pain, stress such as NLP, hypnotherapy, TFT, quantum touch. I have received training in angel healing and flower therapy which I find very useful tools in my healing repertoire. Â What I find rewarding is my clients being empowered and having happier and more fruitful lives.

This book is excellent! I am a very happy owner of a Nutribullet, but most recipes that I can find online are pretty standard. They also tend to get old and boring quickly. This book is comprehensive – it starts off with facts about health benefits of smoothies, goes on to explain the best way to make them you’re your Nutribullet, and finally it groups the recipes by their function and purpose, such as recipes for a healthy heart, detox, weight loss, healthy skin, and anti-ageing ones to name a few. My favorite recipes include the Berry Medley, and the Chia Berry smoothie. I will try to make at least one recipe per day and see how it goes. First impressions on this book are great so far, and I am loving it already because the recipes are easy to follow, uncomplicated, and do not require obscure ingredients. The book isn’t full of pictures, which makes it easier to focus on the text, instead of being distracted by images, no matter how delicious-looking they are. I would recommend this book to all Nutribullet fans. It’s definitely a must-read!

There are several great smoothie recipes in here. What's nice is that the book is organized well. For example, the recipes are put into individual categories such as smoothies for inflammation, weight loss, detoxing, ect. I would also highly recommend the website, nutriliving.com. They have a wonderful variety of smoothie recipes for every ailment or disease out there. Awesome website!

Good recipes for making smoothies. Recipes can be used in a conventional blender too.

I bought this as a gift for my friend after she bought both of us Nutribullet Machines in an effort to jumpstart her own efforts at getting healthier food in her diet. I've been making my random smoothie every morning and texting the recipe & photo to her at 6am - then she copies it in her own kitchen at 7am. (We're ridiculous, I know, but what ever works!) Next week I won't be able to keep our schedule, so I wanted to support her from afar and this book is exactly what I needed.The recipes are laid out in sections that are easy to use depending on your needs and the ingredients are readily sourced and accessible at our local grocery store. My friend has already made two smoothies from the book and liked both of them. That's a win!

Paper back book, some black & white fotos, the only color ones are for the covers, simple reading (ingredients, directions, nutitional information), easy to fallow recipes, every recipe is for the nutri-bullet. I like this book a lot. 99 pages. Compact book.

Great recipe book even if you don't have a Nutribullet. If you are considering getting this book, I would. I just wouldn't pair it with the Nutribullet. Get a better mini blender.

I love the variety of smoothie recipes and the fact that it is categorized based on what your goals are, eg: weight loss, heart health, skin health, etc
